How does it work?
This exclusive service facilitates each step of the loan process including helping navigate the product selection, sending and assuring loan documents get signed, collection of identity & order documents, and the processing of stipulations for applications that may need a little more work. Once the process is completed just let your Concierge know and they will be responsible for closing out the loan so you can get paid faster.

Once your deal is confirmed, your Concierge will take over from here. They are responsible for connecting with the borrower, confirming the loan, completing the loan documents, getting all necessary paperwork, confirming disbursements, and tracking the progress of the process.
What is the cost?
Each time the service is used you will be charged $99 which will be automatically deducted from the cost.
