How does it work?
Once enrolled, you will have the choice on EVERY application to decide if you want to use the Concierge. This exclusive service facilitates each step of the loan process including helping navigate the product selection, sending and assuring loan documents get signed, collection of identity & work order documents, and the processing of stipulations for applications that may need a little more work. Once your project is completed just let your Concierge know and they will be responsible for closing out your project so you can get paid faster.

Once your deal is confirmed, your Concierge will take over from here. They are responsible for connecting with the homeowner, confirming the loan, completing the loan documents, getting all necessary paperwork, confirming disbursements, and tracking the progress of the project.
What is the cost?
Each time the service is used you will be charged $199 which will be automatically deducted from the project cost.
